Events, Workshops & Class Schedule

TAI CHI - The current class is full.  The next 12-week series covering the first 20 Tai Chi forms will begin in January, 2009.

MASSAGE WORKSHOP - This workshop is offered by request to small groups of 3 to 5 couples or pairs.  The instructor will demonstrate a full body massage protocol in 2 segments, with each segment followed by a guided practice session by participants.  The layout of our facility offers the opportunity for participants to practice in two's in separate treatment rooms.  Couples may include spouses, best friends, mothers and daughters, etc.  Minimum age is 18.  Cost is $125 per couple.

The workshop is typically held on a Saturday afternoon and takes approximately 3 hours to complete. All materials are provided, including a written protocol for participants to take home. NOTE:  Advance registration is required for most classes.  Full payment for classes and workshops reserves your space.  If written notice of cancellation is received ten (10) days prior to the start of the class, we will gladly refund 90% of your payment.  Any notice received less than ten (10) days prior to the start of the class is eligible for the 90% refund only if we are able to fill your space.

YOGA -- Euphoria has suspended our yoga classes.  Instead, we would direct you to visit a class at Hendricks Regional Hospital.  New classes are forming in mid-October.  Please visit their site at hendricks.org for more information.
