A $100 deposit is required at the time you schedule your appointment for permanent make-up. Approximately one (1) week prior to your appointment, you will receive a copy of our Pre-Procedure Instructions. Please review these instructions carefully and contact us promptly if you have questions. Because your permanent make-up application(s) will take some time, we require a 72-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
